Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kingston upon Hull, Hull, East Yorkshire, Yorkshire.
My client are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on site in Hull.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your activities will include some of the below.
- Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
- Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
- Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items
- Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI
- Assisting CM Remeasurement and calculation of BOQ
Experience Required
- Knowledge of NAECI Agreement
- Experience on major Construction Projects
- NEC4 Option B Contracts
- Standard Method of Measurement
- Basic knowledge of P6 programmes
