Location: Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, Old Brewers Yard, Covent Garden, London
Opening Date: December 2025 (pre-opening training begins 3rd November 2025)
Salary: £13.85 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience

About Us
Guinness is returning to central London with the highly anticipated Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Covent Garden — a stunning, multi-level destination celebrating the very best of brewing, food and hospitality.
The venue will feature a working microbrewery, experiential bars, and elevated dining inspired by both Guinness heritage and modern London culture.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen brigade — helping deliver dishes that showcase quality ingredients, creativity, and harmony with our exceptional beers.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, supporting your section efficiently during busy services.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency, creativity and quality across all menus.
- Uphold kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards — ensuring full compliance at all times.
- Contribute ideas for menus, specials and beer pairings as we develop a distinctive Guinness food identity.
- Help train and support Commis Chefs and new team members, sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
- Be involved in the pre-opening phase — from tastings and menu trials to the official launch.
