Summary
We’re looking for a high-energy Bar & Restaurant Manager to run a fast-paced, food-led pub-restaurant This is a hands-on role at the centre of a lively operation that thrives on quality fresh food, craft drinks, and a warm welcome for locals and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
-Day-to-day leadership of the bar, restaurant, and small bedroom operation.
-Delivering consistently high standards in a high-volume, food-driven environment.
-Managing rotas, stock control, GP targets, and team training.
-Creating a buzzing atmosphere while maintaining tight operational control.
-Driving sales through daily specials, events, and local marketing.
Essential Experience:
-Proven track record as Bar/Restaurant Manager (or strong supervisor ready to step up) in a fast-paced, food-led pub or restaurant.
-Hands-on experience running busy service periods with a focus on fresh, seasonal menus.
-Confident in wet/dry stock management, team leadership, and compliance.
