Summary
UHS is the Major Trauma Centre for the region. UHS has extensive Research facilities including the Welcome Clinical Research and the Biomedical Research Unit, and the GICU team plays a major part in relevant and national Research agendas. You will be joining a cohesive team who are working together to deliver high quality care for patients in these difficult and uncertain times. We are concerned for the well-being of our Consultants and attention is paid to work life balance in the detailed construction of job plans. Although we are a large department overall, we are able to offer a supportive environment for work. There is a culture of collaboration and co-operation across the Department.
