Summary

Cardigan Primary School is a large, busy, and successful school seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic caretaker to carry out a wide range of daily duties and to manage the site effectively.

Responsibilities will include general maintenance work in line with the school’s Health and Safety requirements, coordinating external contractors, responding to call-outs outside of normal working hours, and opening and securing the building each day.

Basic skills in plumbing, gardening, and carpentry are required, and training will be provided for any specialised tasks within the school.
