We’re currently looking for dedicated full-time Support Workers to join our caring and knowledgeable team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift Pattern
Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Night shifts: includes waking nights and sleep-in shifts
Full flexibility required, including weekends

Coventry Road is a dynamic and fast-paced supported living service just outside Hinckley, offering tailored support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Staff work across modern, self-contained apartments, helping individuals live independently while staying connected to the local community. With a focus on empowerment and meaningful engagement, the team supports a wide range of needs—making every day varied, rewarding, and full of opportunities to make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
Encouraging independence and community involvement
Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
Working as part of a close-knit, caring team

A genuine desire to help others
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and a positive attitude
No formal qualifications required—just the right mindset
