Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead their domiciliary care service.
The successful candidate will manage 2 branches with operational staff insitu who would report to the registered manager. Combined covers up to 1500 dom care hours, plus a small group of live-in care packages. You will be required to work closely line manage the office team, it will be about empowering the team and mentoring them. The Registered Manager will be managing the service and overseeing all aspects of the service.
Work Schedule: Mon-Friday 37.5 hours
Salary: £35-45K plus amazing benefits
Key Requirements:
* Leadership experience in a previous or current registered manager role
* Domiciliary care experience or similar
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle
* Has stable work history with good references
* Lives in Dorset
* Experience with CQC inspections
