Summary
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, fulfillment, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics
Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs
Build strong pipelines through lead generation, networking, referrals, and industry events
Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and pricing solutions aligned with customer requirements
Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Negotiate contract terms and close long-term fulfillment partnerships
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and support long-term client success
Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market opportunity metrics
Represent the company at logistics events, trade fairs, and business expos
