Key Responsibilities
  • Apply corrosion-preventative coatings to components in line with manufacturing drawings and quality procedures.

  • Ensure all treated components meet cosmetic and functional standards.

  • Maintain consistent productivity and quality levels.

  • Follow safe working practices at all times, using safety equipment provided.

  • Meet any special customer requirements in full.

  • Complete inspection sheets accurately and maintain clear documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with supervision and colleagues to achieve production targets.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a busy manufacturing or production environment.

  • Experience with anodising or component coating is desirable; full in-house training will be provided.

  • Handling chemicals experience advantageous.

  • Technical qualifications or Skill Centre training beneficial.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail with good practical and hand-eye coordination.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Work safely and comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.

  • Report and resolve any safety concerns promptly.

  • Applicants must be flexible and willing to work additional hours when required.
