Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Front of House Receptionist for a busy multi-tenant office building. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and good telephone manner, competent communication and people skills and the ability to direct and support visitors.
Requirements
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Proven experience in a Receptionist role or similar position is preferred.
• Basic IT skills required including Outlook and Office 365.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn new skills as required.
Training and ongoing support provided.
Shift Time:
Monday to Friday - 2:30pm to 10:30pm
