Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a corporate setting? Mitie is seeking a polished and proactive individual to join our Front of House team as a Dedicated Cover, supporting five key areas: Reception, Client Suite, Floor Management, Hospitality Service Desk and Events Coordination.



Key Responsibilities:Reception
-Provide a 5-star welcome to all guests and clients.

-Manage check-ins, notify hosts, and handle luggage with professionalism.

-Maintain accurate guest records using ProxyClick.

-Be the face of the building—polished, well-groomed, and knowledgeable.

Client Suite
-Ensure meeting rooms and client areas are immaculate and ready for use.

-Liaise with internal teams to support VIP client visits.

-Offer concierge-style service, including local area knowledge (transport, restaurants, entertainment).

Floor Manager Support
-Conduct visual maintenance checks across communal areas.

-Report and follow up on issues via the FM Helpdesk

-Promote “One Team” culture across all supplier interactions.

Hospitality Service Desk
-Respond to service requests and queries with efficiency and care via EMS & Outlook.

-Communicate clearly via phone and email to support internal teams.

-Champion best practices and support continuous improvement.

Events Coodination
-Coordinate logistics for internal and external corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.

-Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal departments to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the planning process.

-Provide hands-on support during events, managing setup, registration, and real-time problem-solving to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

What We're Looking For
-Experience in VIP customer service within corporate or hospitality environments.

-Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.

-Tech-savvy with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-A proactive, adaptable team player with a “can-do” attitude.
