Summary
My client is looking to recruit a strong Project Manager on a temporary contract running until July 2026 - this could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.
This is a £13m design and build residential scheme consisting of 33 units. The successful candidate would need to have strong technical knowledge, who can take hold of the project, subcontractors and programme.
Candidates must have worked for a main contractor in the past and be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Bristol. Previous experience working on residential projects is essential.
Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid.
