Summary

This jobs entails you working primarily from home for the Company Director for a total of 16-21 hours paid salary of £30pa pro rata. Please note that this job requires you to work 2pm-5.30pm on a minimum of 3 days a week and one of the days can be a whole day. The will the job NOT suit someone who has to pay childcare costs and your job application will be automatically rejected if you are required to pay those costs. You may occasionally be required to work one Saturdays a month for 2 hours each in-person at the Contact Centre in Lambeth. You will also be required to work from a new centre one day in South East London.
In addition, there is additional contact supervision work available at £25ph for the right candidate undertaken purely in their own personal time.

Assistant/Co-ordinator: Principle Duties and Responsibilities
We will ask you to:
1. schedule supervision of children’s contact with their parents, family, friends and carers;
2. distribute concise, relevant and accurate recording of contact sessions and discussions, that have been prepared by session supervisors, in line with internal policy and procedural guidance;
3. ensure that client confidentiality is maintained (in accordance with procedures) at all times;
4. review and accept referrals in line with the referral policy and procedure;
5. schedule and oversee volunteer supervision, organise team meetings, monitor training and organise training needs of volunteers;
6. organise, prioritise and manage workload under your own initiative in a creative and flexible manner;
7. assist at board meetings by taking minutes and undertaking assigned research tasks asked by the board of trustees;
8. to function as a member of the team carrying out duties and responsibilities required for the day to day running of the service; and
9. to undertake all other duties/ responsibilities (as may reasonably be required) that may arise within the overall job role including organising and taking minutes of the board meetings.
For the company, you will also:
10. answer phone calls dealing with enquiries and taking messages from the clients as needed so a good telephone voice and manner is essential. W
11. be working to a high standard of the English language as the company is a legal company so it is essential that you are competent in the professional presentation of business correspondence.

You will be expected to use your own computer to work remotely until you pass probation. Thereafter, you will be given a company laptop.
