Hours: Monday to Friday, 4pm to 8pm
Pay: £12.28 an hour
Responsibilities of the Cleaning Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across assigned areas
- Lead, train, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client standards
- Organise staff schedules, shift rotas, and allocate duties effectively
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained, safe, and in good working order
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure staff follow company policies
- Support the cleaning team with hands-on assistance when required
Requirements of the Cleaning Supervisor:
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and health & safety procedures
