Summary

TELESALES ADMIN WANTED

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Telesales Administrator to join a forward-thinking company based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Pay Rate: £12.21 - £14.00 per hour

Hours of Work: Approx. 34 hours per week | 5 days a week - flexible hours with some Hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through targeted B2B outreach, telemarketing, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients - understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Use CRM software and LinkedIn to manage leads, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, target-driven attitude with a history of achieving goals.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar).
