As a Host with ISS UK, you will act as an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. This is a key role at the heart of the workplace experience, where you will lead the way in creating a warm, professional, and memorable environment for every visitor.

The Role
Create a positive experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your guests queries about site and operations
Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
Emanate a positive energy during tours being an advocate the business by sharing your knowledge of the site’s workspaces, facilities and general culture
About You
You have fantastic customer service skills and you’re ready to take it to the next level
You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
You’re a team player but can confidently work independently
You consider others and have the drive to help wherever you can
Have experience working with relevant systems (e.g., MS Office)
