Are you an experienced Welder looking for a long-term role with great benefits, modern facilities, and training opportunities?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in Redditch who are investing heavily in their team and equipment – including a robotic MIG welder you’ll be fully trained to operate.

Role Overview:

This role involves MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, working on dies and clip tools, as well as heat treating dies. You’ll also run a bespoke robotic MIG welding cell (full training provided).

Key Responsibilities:
  • MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various materials


  • Setting and working with dies and clip tools


  • Heat treatment of dies


  • Operating a robotic MIG welder (training provided)


  • Ensuring high quality and safety standards


    Hours & Shift Pattern:
    • Week 1: Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30 | Fri 07:30–16:00


    • Week 2: Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30 | Friday off!


    • 9-day fortnight rotation


    • Tea break at 09:25 (subject to area demand)


    • On-site smoking areas available
