Summary

Essential: Senior management experience in primary care, NHS or a regulated health or social care setting. Strong financial, operational and governance expertise. Track record of delivering quality, compliance and improvement. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Calm, confident and capable under pressure. High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset. Management qualification (e.g. MBA, MSc, AMSPAR Diploma or equivalent). Desirable: Knowledge of QOF, LCSs, and NHS contractual frameworks. Understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan and implications for general practice.
