About the Role:
We're working with a leading national training provider seeking experienced Electrical Installation Trainers/Assessors to deliver high-quality training and assessment across regional sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled electricians or assessors who are passionate about developing the next generation of electrical professionals.
You'll be based at one of the provider's regional offices, with travel to sites within a two-hour radius - all travel expenses are fully paid. The organisation is open to both permanent salaried roles and contract/day rate arrangements, offering excellent flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Electrical Installation training and assessment to apprentices and adult learners
- Support learners through portfolio completion and on-site assessment
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and compliance with awarding body standards
- Promote high standards of health and safety, professionalism, and learner engagement
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (essential)
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (essential)
- Assessor Award (TAQA, A1, D32/33) (essential)
- PAT Testing certification (desirable)
- Strong background in electrical installation or training delivery
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
