About the Role
Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to support the daily upkeep of St Johns The Baptist School. This short-term role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning classrooms, toilets, desks, and floors
Hoovering and general tidying of school areas
Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment each day
What We’re Looking For
✅ Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and materials
✅ Clean and tidy appearance
✅ Basic maths skills for measuring cleaning fluids
✅ Previous cleaning experience in a school or similar setting (preferred)
✅ Available to start on 17 November and work the full contract period
