House of Care Services Ltd is a community-based care provider supporting individuals to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. We welcome both experienced carers and those who are completely new to care.
We offer two entry routes:
Standard Employment as a Domiciliary Care Assistant
Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship (Level 2, with the opportunity to progress to Level 3)
About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes to maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life. This is a rewarding role where every day you make a real difference.
What You’ll Do
Support with personal care, dressing, and mobility
Assist with meals, shopping, and light household tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prompt and document medication where required
Record care notes digitally using the Birdie system
Travel between clients’ homes (a driving licence is preferred for community routes)
Apprenticeship Route (Earn While You Learn) – Optional
Qualification: Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Standard
Duration: 12–18 months
This route is ideal for individuals new to care or looking to gain a formal qualification.
You will receive:
Fully funded training
Support from a dedicated training assessor
Functional Skills training if required
Opportunity to progress to Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker
No previous experience is required — just a caring attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligible to work in the UK (right-to-work documentation required)
Drivers with access to a vehicle are preferred for most community routes
