Summary

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily running of the kitchen alongside our Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation
Ensure consistent high standards of food presentation and quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment (adhering to food hygiene and health & safety regulations)
Manage stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste

Requirements
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
Experience working in a busy pub, gastropub, or casual dining kitchen
Strong knowledge of classic British pub food and seasonal cooking
A positive leader who can motivate and inspire a team
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high standard during busy services
Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene certification
Passion for delivering great food and creating a great customer experience
