Summary
Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

This well-established home, rated GOOD by the CQC, provides exceptional, person-centred care for elderly and frail residents. With a supportive management structure and a close-knit team, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to step into a rewarding leadership role.
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, leading a dedicated care team, and utilising modern technology and facilities to enhance resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager
• Deliver and oversee high-quality clinical care for all residents
• Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop the care team
• Manage and coordinate shifts effectively
• Uphold compliance with CQC and company standards
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager
• Registered Nurse (Active NMC PIN)
• Previous experience within a nursing home environment
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role
