Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs Service
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Location: Holdingham House, NG34 8YU
Hours: 15, 22.5, 30, or 37.5 hours per week available
Weekends: You must be able to work alternate weekends
Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM and 2 PM – 10 PM

Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours

Delivering person-centred care and promoting independence

Supporting with personal care, communication, and emotional wellbeing

Teaching daily living skills and community participation

Implementing behaviour support plans and recording progress accurately

Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to ensure consistent, quality care
