Being capable of combining technical understanding with an eye for detail with strong influencing and negotiation skills to successfully engage with stakeholders.
All roles will require you to work collaboratively across IRIS, CFCD, wider DWP and across Government to facilitate the successful delivery of our aims and objectives.
The main activities associated with this role are:
- Producing and interpreting/analysing complex management information (MI) and data, to highlight trends or potential risks which could impact on IRIS stakeholders and extremely vulnerable customers.

- Working and leading within a geographically dispersed team requiring a good level of skills, flexibility and understanding of working in a virtual environment.
- Adopting an all-source approach to analysis and evaluation.
- Providing quality assurance for IRIS outputs by providing evidence-led analysis.
