Summary
Sue Townsend Theatre, part of Leicester College’s Performing Arts and Music department, hosts a busy performance schedule by our students and external hirers. We are seeking a knowledgeable and creative Casual Theatre Supervisor Technician to support events and ensure high-quality technical operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support, lighting, and sound design for events.Assist with maintenance and updates of facilities and equipment.Support students in planning and preparing productions.Ensure Health and Safety compliance.Collaborate with front-of-house staff to prepare the theatre for performances.Requirements:Level 2 qualification in English and mathematics (GCSE grade C/4 or above).Relevant technical industry experience in theatre or live events.
