Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Outdoor Site Cleaning Operative to maintain cleanliness and safety across external areas of commercial, public, or construction sites. This role is essential to creating a clean, welcoming, and hazard-free environment for staff, visitors, and the public.
Key Responsibilities
• Sweep, pressure wash, and disinfect outdoor surfaces including walkways, car parks, and entrances.
• Remove litter, debris, and hazardous waste from site grounds.
• Clean external fixtures such as bins, benches, signage, and windows.
• Maintain cleanliness of public toilets and outdoor facilities (if applicable).
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., pressure washers, leaf blowers).
• Report damage, graffiti, or safety concerns to site management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
• Previous experience in outdoor or grounds cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safe chemical use.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
