Near Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager looking for a new challenge with a growing, established care provider? I am seeking a passionate leader to take the helm of a well established, medium sized nursing home located near Sittingbourne, Kent.
About the Role
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care, resident wellbeing, and compliance with CQC regulations. You will lead a committed and professional team, maintaining a supportive and positive culture that puts residents at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the home’s operations to ensure it runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently
Maintain excellent CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement in care standards
Provide inspirational leadership and management to your team, promoting a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability
Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care
Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial sustainability
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced Nursing Home Manager, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
Strong in CQC knowledge, governance, and quality assurance
A nurse-qualified manager (PIN holder) is desirable but not essential
A confident, strong, and fair leader who inspires teams and drives excellence
Highly organised, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding care
