Summary

Project Manager (12 Month FTC)

Location: Nationwide

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Operations and Development Team. In this role, you will lead change and transformation programmes, service transitions and mobilisation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and with full governance oversight.

​This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex or ambiguous objectives into clear, structured project plans.

Job Description

You will take ownership of governance forums, reporting cycles and risk/issue tracking, driving completion of actions and ensuring decision-makers have visibility of progress.​

Alongside operational projects, you may also support internal business initiatives such as new system deployments, workforce management upgrades or process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating transformation, mobilisation and roll-out projects

Turning high-level objectives into detailed, time-bound project plans

Holding governance calls and project meetings, ensuring actions progress

Maintaining risk registers, RACI structures and escalation routes

Providing regular project updates to key stakeholders

Overseeing milestone delivery, timelines and project admin

Producing reports for senior leadership and steering groups

Coordinating with action owners to ensure deadlines are met

Types of Projects:

Operational transformation and service improvement programmes

Mobilisation and transition of services

Change management and rollout projects (new processes / procedures)

Systems and workforce implementation initiatives

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience managing workplace or FM-related projects to strict deadlines

Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

Confident in challenging or holding others to account when required

Excellent reporting skills - able to distil information with clarity

Skilled in project governance, risk management and escalations

Experience creating structured project plans (Teams Planner / Excel etc)

Comfortable working independently and driving delivery across teams
