As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a skilled and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic Residential Lettings team.

Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:
• Conduct property viewings professionally and efficiently, showcasing high-quality homes across the region
• Manage lettings enquiries and coordinate a busy viewing calendar with flexibility and attention to detail
• Qualify potential tenants and progress applications in line with company policy
• Re-engage previous applicants to generate renewed interest and feedback
• Market properties effectively across platforms including Rightmove and Zoopla
• Carry out property inspections and final checks before key release
• Provide feedback on market activity, pricing, and interest levels
• Deliver outstanding customer service, upholding the company’s strong professional reputation
• Offer administrative support and occasionally deliver documents or items to tenants or landlords
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Proven ability to manage negotiations, close deals, and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Excellent local area knowledge
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Confident IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and smartphone proficiency
• Well-presented, articulate, and motivated by results
• Full, clean UK driving licence
