Our clients, a relaxed luxury hotel with and fantastic facilities are seeking a Full-time, permanent Front of house Manager offering a competitive salary. This incredibly exciting opportunity within their highly successful business. This will be a varied role, managing multiple operations within one site. Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to… • Supervise and manage front of house staff, including host, Reception Managers, House Managers and Night Managers.. • Train and mentor team members. • Deliver exceptional quest experience • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution. • Implement effective team management strategies • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. We are ideally looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience… • Previous Front of House Manager experience in similar environment • A proven track record managing high-volume operations • Excellent customer service skills • Strong leadership ability • Able to work in an incredibly busy environment whilst maintaining high standards • Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings and Adhoc cover where needed This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive starting salary.
