Summary

Casual basis – Term time only – To start as soon as possible


We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join our team to cover our busy lunchtime between 12:30pm – 1.45pm as and when required working a 1¼ hr shift. You will be given full training.


Geoffrey Field Junior School (GFJS) is a well-established and popular school at the heart of the local community.


You must enjoy working with children, encourage pupils to engage in activities and help ensure that children’s lunchtimes are enjoyable and safe.


Our midday assistants are an essential part of our wider school community and play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our pupils.


Flexibility is important as this position provides cover in the absence of other lunchtime controllers, often at short notice.
