Summary
Phoenix Care Staff are currently hiring experienced Health Care Assistants to join our expanding team within the area. We are a family run company who take great pride in providing experienced carers to cover shifts within Nursing/ Residential homes. Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant must have previous paid experience within Nursing/ Residential homes.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Assisting with personal care tasks in a respectful and dignified way
- Supporting mobility and safe movement using appropriate equipment
- Offering companionship and clear communication with service users
- Light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe environment
- Monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in health and wellbeing
