We're working with a fast-growing manufacturing company in Northampton that's looking to expand its engineering team. This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a business that values its people and supports career development.

You'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns, working closely with a team of engineers and reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Whether you're mechanically or electrically biased, if you're looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or distribution
  • Level 2 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline (elec or mech)
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset
  • Apprenticeship trained (good to have)
  • Boiler experience (good to have)
