Summary


An opportunity has arisen for a number of Support Secretaries to join the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department in our elective service.

The successful applicant should have experience in booking appointments within a hospital as well as excellent typing skills, good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team as well as unsupervised.

Expectations of the role:

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support to the orthopaedic medical staff on the elective site as part of an ambitious and supportive team.

Hours are open to discussion (minimum requirement 15 hours per week)

To provide support to the secretaries within the department undertaking typing of ward rounds and clinic letters.

Undertake any clerical duties required by the team including any non-clinical administration duties as requested by the team
