About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our clients Customer Service team. Who will be responsible for the day to day running of key customer accounts within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Inputting weekly schedule and purchase orders onto the system.
• Reviewing schedules / orders and raise works orders for both production / secondary operations as necessary.
• Raise purchase orders for any BOP required and monitor deliveries.
• Communicate with both customers and external suppliers.
• Communicate with internal departments as and when required.
• Co-ordinate deliveries with the warehouse
• Committing deliveries where required
Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure.
• IT literate (e.g., MS Office, production software).
