The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and caring Customer Service Assistant to support customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. You’ll handle enquiries, guide purchases, resolve issues, and ensure every customer leaves happy and confident.

Responsibilities:

Respond quickly to customer questions and order updates.

Provide product advice and aftercare support.

Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.

Record feedback to help improve our service.

Maintain a warm, professional tone in every message.

Requirements:

Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service or online retail preferred.

Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, and email tools.

Positive, patient, and attentive to detail.
