Summary

Job Title: Window Fitter - New Build Housing
Salary: Competitive (Weekly Pay)
Hours: 50 hours per week
Car Park: Available on site
Location: [Durham - DH1
Duration: Start date Oct 27th 2025 and required until 21 Feb 2026

JOB DESCRIPTION
" Requirement for 2no window fitters to install aluminium windows to 3 storey university apartment buildings
" Experience and CSCS card

Experienced window fitter needed for large-scale residential development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install windows/doors to NHBC standards
- Maintain strict quality control
- Coordinate with other trades
- Meet daily installation targets
- Keep tools/equipment in good order
- Follow all site safety protocols

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years new-build window fitting
- Own tools (measuring lasers, levels, etc.)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Reliable and punctual
