About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our brand-new warehouse operation in Upton Snodsbury.

This is an exciting opportunity to take control of a new warehouse, lead a small team, and help shape the site from the ground up. You’ll oversee all day-to-day warehouse activities — from goods in to dispatch — ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

If you hold a Counterbalance licence, we’ll put you through your Bendi training, giving you the chance to develop and grow with the company as the site expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

  
  

• Manage and motivate a small warehouse team to meet daily targets and KPIs.

  
  

• Load and unload containers, ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly.

  
  

• Manage stock control – maintain accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely replenishment.

  
  

• Coordinate goods in/out, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

  
  

• Ensure all FLT and MHE equipment is maintained and operated safely.

  
  

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.

  
  

• Complete reports, audits, and paperwork accurately and on time.

  
  

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and communication.

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential) – Bendi licence desirable, or willingness to be trained.

    
    

  • Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience.

    
    

  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.

    
    

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident leading a small team.

    
    

  • Reliable, responsible, and hands-on when needed.

    
    

  • Good communication and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

    
    

  • Own transport essential due to location.
