Design Director required for a well established and award winning manufacturer of luxury products. The role will suit those seeking a collaborative team based environment where you can add value to the company and positively impact the continued and ambitious growth plans.
To apply for the role, you need to have experience in product design position operating at a senior level. You need to demonstrate working with clients to understand detailed requirements to ensure a positive creative outcome. Management/leadership experience is required as you will oversee a design team on a day to day basis.
The Design Director will be responsible for the design and development of luxurious hand crafted products. This includes overseeing all aspects of the design process from research to creative conceptualisation and innovation. You will work closely with the client to ensure their brief can be met. Some travel will be required from time to time.
The company employ over 30 people and are further expanding. The role will suit a creative and passionate leader looking for a unique, prestigious and fast growing business. The company has an impressive facility in a rural setting consisting of the workshop, welding/fabrication production area, offices and gardens.
