Are you passionate about technology and love solving problems? Join us as an IT Service Desk Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting the systems and tech that keep Plymouth Community Homes connected and running smoothly.

You’ll learn how to:

Be the first point of contact for IT support, helping colleagues with everything from troubleshooting to tech upgrades.

Work with cutting-edge digital tools, including MS365, cloud systems, and voice-over-IP technology.

Configure and fix laptops, mobiles, and networks.

Get involved in real projects that make a difference — improving systems, spotting trends, and helping to drive smarter digital ways of working.

With great mentoring, on-the-job learning, and a supportive team, this is your chance to build the skills and confidence for a successful career in IT.

The apprenticeship will last a period of 16 months and the successful candidate will work towards achieving a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Information Communications Technician-Support
