Summary

We're looking for a Scheduler (known locally as a Dispatcher) to join our Digital Solutions team based in Manchester.



Location: Salford Quays - hybrid role with remote working available

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As a Scheduler, you'll be working within the Inspection, Maintenance and Testing team, supporting them in ensuring all SLA's are met and first fixes are achieved where possible.

Your day to day will include:

-Dispatching and co-ordinating all works for regional field staff, working to SLA's and ensuring a first time fix where possible.

-Responding to client raised issues and liaising with management and updating WFM tickets within the expected timeframes.

-Arrange access and liaise with SP's where required. Ensuring that all engineers dispatched to works are aware access restrictions, site safety requirements and potential hazards in order to prioritise their safety. No personnel to be dispatched to OOB's sites.

-Work with other regional dispatchers, sub-contractors, admin and the management team to ensure effective operation of IMTcontracts.

-Site databases to be updated when required and in a timely manner; all inaccuracies to be reported for further investigation.



What are we looking for?

This role of Scheduler is great for you if:

-You have previous experience in a similar role where work is to be assigned to engineers either in a facilities management or telecoms environment

-You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and are computer literate

-You have a good eye for detail

-You have the ability to prioritise work load and work in a fast paced environment
