Summary
Pallet Paint Sprayer
Location: Carrington
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing
We are currently looking for a Pallet Paint Sprayer to join a busy and growing distribution company in the Carrington area. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone with previous experience in industrial painting or spraying, especially within a production or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing wooden pallets for spraying (e.g. sanding, cleaning, masking where required)
- Operating paint spraying equipment (manual and/or automated systems)
- Applying paint or protective coatings to pallets to required specifications
- Inspecting finished products for consistency and quality
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety guidelines and company procedures
- General labouring duties as required to support the team
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in paint spraying or similar industrial role (preferred)
✅Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
✅Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
✅Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
✅Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks
