Shift Patterns: Early shift – 05:30 start / Day shift – 08:00 start / Late shift – 11:30 start / Bar shift – 16:00–23:00
Location: Lincolnshire (Full time, on site)
Our Client is seeking a professional Catering Assistant to support food and beverage operations in a high-security, structured environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring flexibility across a range of catering, hospitality, and light administrative duties.
You will work as part of a team to deliver daily food services, support functions and events, and assist with bar, reception, and accommodation management tasks.
Responsibilities
Work a variety of shifts across daily catering, hospitality functions, and bar service.
Collaborate with service delivery partners to ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage service.
Comply with all relevant legislation, site regulations, and operational procedures.
Operate EPOS/till systems and manage accurate cash handling.
Assist with stock management, stocktaking, and profit protection processes.
Complete basic administrative and IT input tasks.
Uphold strict hygiene standards, dress codes, and PPE requirements.
Follow food safety, health & safety, and site risk assessment protocols.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain job competencies and security awareness in line with site standards.
Essentials:
Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
Previous catering experience.
Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain).
