Summary
Tree Tots is looking for a dedicated experienced level 3 Early Years Lead Educator to run our two year old room, known as Saplings Room. A good knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum is essential.
You will be required to:
lead a team.
keep up to date with observations.
Implement room rotas.
Have excellent communication skills with your staff. management and parents.
Support staff to plan and implement engaging activities.
Be organised.
Have a good understanding of Safeguarding and what to do if you are ever concerned about another staff member or a child.
The hours of work will require you to be able to start at 08.00 to help with breakfast club.
Finish times will be either 16.00- 17.00 with one 18.00 per week, and will be all year round with bank holidays off, two weeks at Christmas as well as 22 days flexible annual leave days.
