Summary
Conduct 3-4 clinics or surgical lists per day, maintaining efficiency and quality of care. Manage a caseload of 18-20 patients per clinic/list, ensuring timely and effective treatment. Perform general neurosurgical procedures such as: Spinal dissections Spinal fusions Other routine neurosurgical interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and clinical governance activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with Trust policies.
