Summary
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in L11. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to provide 1:1 support for children in Year 3 with SEN and ADHD, helping them thrive in a nurturing and structured classroom environment.
Pay: £13.80 per hour, plus holiday pay.
Location: Liverpool, L11
Start: ASAP
Duration: Remaining academic year
Hours: 8:45am to 3:15pm, Monday to Friday!
Responsibilities:
-Providing 1-1 SEN Support
-Work with young children who have difficulty with communication and social interaction
-Ensuring children are engaged
-Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
-Helping with behaviour management of children
-Be a key component in a child’s early development
Profile:
-Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
-Friendly, empathetic and motivating
-Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
-Motivating with ability to engage pupils
-Good ability to manage behaviour
