We’re a small, family-run business specializing in windows, doors, Conservatories and repair services, and we’re looking for a reliable and driven Operations Manager to join our team. About the Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be a key player in helping the business grow sustainably while maintaining our reputation for quality and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Managing Director with operational planning and execution
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for installations and repairs
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance with industry standards
Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient systems and processes
Assist with staff coordination and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a small team and wearing multiple hats
Familiarity with construction, home improvement, or trade environments is a plus
