Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our thriving team working with children aged 5–11. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction across a range of subjects including coding, robotics, animation, 3D CAD, game design, and more, primarily through after-school clubs.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The initial position involves delivering after-school sessions per week in and around Rugby, with additional opportunities available following a successful sign-off. Future work may include holiday clubs, workshops, teacher PPA cover, and additional after-school sessions in other Warwickshire locations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are:

Requirements:

* Experience working with children aged 5–11 is essential
* Previous teaching or instructional experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
* Confidence using educational technology and tools
* Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
* Own transport required due to school locations
* Full training provided on all lesson content and materials
