Summary

​As a People Support Coordinator you will:


Co-ordinate the onboarding of new joiners which includes completing relevant pre-employment checks and verifying information
Collate personnel file and issue to manager when completed
Accurately enrol new joiners onto appropriate systems and notifying relevant teams ensuring that everything is ready for their start date
Monitor key compliance information i.e. right to work, alerting in a timely manner relevant teams when renewal is required or documentation has expired
Support compliance with Home Office Sponsor License by completing routine checks
Complete documentation to support variation and changes to contracts of employment notifying relevant teams when required
Respond to queries in a timely manner
Support the development of the onboarding process including system development
Completing routine compliance activities i.e. annual night worker health assessments
Produce reports when required
Support training of the onboarding process when required
Undertake file audits when required
Support the benefits offer by managing benefits platform and managing administration
Support with the annual pay review documentation
